Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Spread 2 14 oz canned black beans on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minuets. Until slightly dried out.
1/2 bell pepperSaute 1/2 bell pepper, 1/2 onion, and 3 cloves garlic, in 1 tsp olive oil
Then set aside to cool
Combine 1 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp garlic powder,1 tsp chili powder,1/4 tsp smoked paprika,1/4 tsp salt in a small dish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees if baking
In a large bowl or food processor, combine the dry beans, 2 lrg eggs, 1 TBS olive oil, 1/2 cup oat flour,2 Tbsp mayonnaise , and seasonings. Either mash with fork or pulse in food process to combine but try to leave some larger pieces of beans.
Form 6 1/2 cup patties
Place patties on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 20 minuets, turning over at 10 minuets.or place in a non stick skillet and cook for apox 5 mins per sideInternal temperature should be 160 degrees.*or place on parchment paper in the freezer until frozen, then put them in a freezer safe container or plastic bag (with parchment paper to separate them)for up to 3 months.
